Main activities and responsibilities
| - The only Support Engineer company-wide with solid expertise across multiple product lines
- One of the very few Principle Engineers in the company
- Highest level support engineer, escalation endpoint for the entire team
- Deal with the most demanding, highest profile customers during the entire sales cycle
- Tackle the most challenging technical problems often involving environmental issues and third party interoperability matters, identifying and fixing problems in product code, developing custom solutions
- Coordinate and lead other departments including Development, QA and Sales during customer escalations
- Coordinate Professional Services projects in extending products based on customer needs
- Work with Engineering Product Owners, Project Managers and documentation teams to provide field feedback into the development cycle and improve the overall product quality
- Identify product issues and provide detailed feedback to Engineering to resolve them, often down to the very code that needs to be fixed
- Work with third party component providers to resolve interoperability, integration, compliance or performance problems in the respective software libraries, and fixes thereof
- Train and continuously tutor new hires in Tumbleweed products and related backend technologies (OS, networking, databases). Over 100 interviews held, over 30 employees trained and tutored

| Managed the development cycle of the ImageFinder DocuMax product, a complete cross-platform (Windows/Mac/Web) suite for managing imagery databases.
